Atlanta Air Charter’s prices for charter are based on hours flown to/from your destination plus time incurred for layovers or overnights and direct expenses associated with your trip. There will be a minimum charge equaling two block hours time per day if your trip time is less than that amount.

Should your itinerary change in any way, please let us know as soon as possible. We are flexible with departure time changes, additions/subtraction of passengers (space permitting) or even changes in destination.

Your flight confirmation will include any specific instructions. Our pilots will be at the airport ready for departure at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival and will be looking for you!.

When you arrive at your destination, your pilot will escort the passengers and any baggage to the terminal building, where they can meet with their transportation. Atlanta Air Charter can make arrangements for ground transportation and hotel needs upon request.

Yes, beverages and light snacks are provided. We can also arrange catering and can make suggestions based upon your needs and preferences. Any special requests should be made through your charter coordinator and we will do our best to accommodate your tastes. Some special requests may require up to 48 hours of advance notice.

Considering the time of you saved by avoiding the headaches of commercial air travel; you have already saved 2 to 3 hours before you even begin. Your quote will include a detailed itinerary letting you know your departure time and expected arrival time. We can suggest available airports that are closest to your ultimate destination, minimizing your ground transportation time and cost.

After you make your charter request, a quote will be emailed to you along with our charter agreement. You may pay by check, credit card, or wire transfer prior to departure.

Our Charter Coordinators are happy to arrange your ground transportation upon request. Whether you need it local or at your destination, we can make your arrangements for a rental car or chauffeured sedan to meet you plane-side upon your arrival.

Our Charter Coordinator will send you a full and complete itinerary which includes the aircraft tail number, the fight crew names and contact information, and all other necessary details of your trip. You are always welcome to contact us with any questions that you may have!
